Here is the final 6 photos, the main editorial, from my shoot in a derelict manor house. I done the shoot back at the start of June so it feels great to now get them out there.
It was a bit of a weird shoot, I was so nervous about it - but only cos I knew how great the photos could be. I found out about the derelict building on a sunday and luckily it was a bank holiday the next day so we went to check it out. I absolutely loved it & was so happy with the photos I took of it just as it was, but I knew it was exactly what I'd been looking for to do a shoot in. So that night I started planning! The lovely Skye agreed to be the model which was great - I think she was perfect for this. Clare was up for doing the make up so I just had to sort out clothing. I managed to sort borrowing pieces from Nikki Goldup, a fab designer. And Andrew Martin helped out picking out some pieces from his shop Mook Vintage (in Cambridge) that I borrowed. The day of the shoot came and everything went perfectly, the light was great and we didn't get caught in the building(!) It was quite cold, even though it was June, so a thankyou to Skye for being so professional.
So here are the final photos, They have been published in Velvet Mag, Photography Monthly and YEAH Magazine. Another will be in Photography Monthly's Bookazine due out in October.
